This is the third series of case studies which demonstrate how institutes of technology work with companies, from start-ups to SMEs and large multi-nationals, to generate jobs and economic impact for their regions.

 Ruairi Quinn TD Minister for Education and Skills will attend the launch. Danny McCoy, Ibec CEO will speak on the critical role of the IoTs in engaging with industry around innovation. Dr Willie Donnelly, Head of Research at WIT, Head of the TSSG (Ireland’s leading research centre in the generation of EU funding) and Chair of the IOTI Research Group will also speak on the way in which IoTs work with industry and the potential for significant further success in this regard.
